Development is a journey. Here is how we build elite athletes from the ground up.

U10

The Sparks

Where the fire starts. These are the girls just catching the flame — new to the game, full of energy, building the foundation. Every great softball player begins here.

U12

Apprentice

They’ve found their footing and they’re climbing. The transition to 12U can be overwhelming. Further pitching distance, larger ball and the game pace becomes faster. We understand the importance of trusting the process, and helping players overcome the big changes. We focus on throwing mechanics, proper footwork, hitting mechanics, sliding and situational play. Our in house pitching instruction helps give our pitchers the boost they need be more confident in the circle when it can feel like they are taking a step back.

U14

Journey Girls

This is the gritty middle. The age where real development happens through repetition, discipline, and learning to compete harder than it’s comfortable. Another big transition with the pitching distance moving again, and the game organically becomes bigger, faster and stronger. We have prepared them for this jump in 12U. We really start to refine skills, sharpen up the fundamentals and push to execute at a high level. This sets them up for success to play at the high school level and beyond.

U16

The Forge

Steel gets its strength from heat and pressure. By 16, these athletes are being shaped into something serious.

U18

The Rivets

The pinnacle. College-prep. Showcase-ready. These girls are Boilermakers — they’ve earned the name and they’re ready to carry it forward. We focus on college recruitment, continued development and competing a a high level.
